Oostvallei residents can enjoy their daily meals at the restaurant. Six week day meals per resident per month are compulsory. The restaurant meals are however offered at such reasonable prices that it is definitely more cost-effective to enjoy a well-balanced meal there every day, amongst friends and next door neighbours, rather than having to prepare your own meals at home.

The restaurant is also popular with residents inviting friends and family and makes for a good excuse to meet up with old acquaintances.

Oostvallei's brand new industrial kitchen with the latest technology in catering equipment has just been taken into operation after major refurbishments.

Our speciality chef with her team is proud to prepare fresh meals daily and therefore those who have requests for special diets or vegetarian dishes should book and notify the kitchen well in advance.

The kitchen also caters for private and family gatherings and residents can select from a wide variety of options inclusive of pastries, cake and savoury snacks for the occasion.

The idea is not to merely provide a meal but rather to make each day an experience to look forward too and offering residents a memorable time with fellow residents, building life long relationships and good memories.
